Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in their original packaging. This ensures they are in a condition suitable for resale.

Non-returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned: clearance items, hair care products, and hair accessories due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Unauthorized Returns

  • Items returned without prior approval from blondewig.store will not be accepted. Items sent back without approval will incur an additional charge for their return to you.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns, unless the item is defective. This fee covers the cost of processing returns and restocking items.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees and any transaction fees charged by payment gateways (ranging between 2% to 4%).
