- Products

We also recommend looking at our product descriptions and images for additional guidance. If you’re still unsure, our customer service team is happy to help with personalized recommendations.
A: Yes, both synthetic and human hair wigs can be styled. However, heat styling tools should only be used on human hair wigs or heat-friendly synthetic wigs. Always follow the care instructions provided with your wig to maintain its quality and longevity.
- Ordering
A: Simply browse our collection, select the wig you love, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.
A: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to make any changes.
- Shipping
A: Currently, we ship to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your order’s progress.
- Returns & Exchanges
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Some items, such as clearance products, hair care, and accessories, are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed information.
A: Contact our customer service for a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and certain items may be subject to a restocking fee.
